What’s required for technical support?

1. To identify your purchase, we need the email you used during payment or your invoice number.
You can find the invoice number in your
personal account.

2. In case of an activation error, it’s recommended to provide a screenshot or photo of the error message.
Alternatively, describe the issue exactly as shown in the error.

Support response time

Response times are based on GMT+3.

From 7:00 to 23:00 — response time ranges from 30 seconds to 2 hours, depending on operator workload.

From 23:00 to 7:00 — response time may be longer and take several hours.
